Saturday 4th : Project Party :  7.00 p.m.

QUEEN’S JUBILEE PARTY, INCORPORATING THE 75th ANNIVERSARY OF SOUTH PARADE’

The theme is ‘Red, White & Blue’.  Please wear these colours for the event, if possible.

Tickets – Adults £5, Children £2.50.
 

Saturday 11th : Transformer Club : 2 - 4pm

                                                

Transformer Club is for children who are 5 – 11 year olds and meets on a Saturday afternoon,           
once a month, between 2.00 and 4.00 pm on the church premises.  The cost is £1 per session per child. 

There is music, stories, cooking, games, and craft,  but not necessarily all at the same time!

Theme this time will be 'Lovely flipping pancakes' - thoughts about both God's Love & Shrove Tuesday.

Present 

A Campfire Extravaganza

At South Parade Methodist Church 6:30pm - 9:00pm 

Tickets include songs, skits, hot dogs, s’mores & hot chocolate

at £2.50 each, or £8 for a family of four.

      Bowling    Club         

Please visit the stall on Sunday mornings where you can purchase a selection of goods including walnuts, brazil nuts, Demerara sugar, coffee, tea etc.

Christmas cards are now on sale. Posters showing designs etc. available are in the entrance hall and on the Traidcraft cupboard. Free brochures for Traidcraft goods including Christmas items which can be ordered are available from the stall. Your support will be greatly appreciated by all those folk who rely on Traidcraft sales for their support and for their own survival.

The Bowling Club  provides the opportunity for members of the
church family to play social bowls together on the green adjacent
to the church between April and September and indoors in the
Church Centre Hall between October and March. Membership
is not restricted to church members, but is open to all.

Soup and Roll Lunch (with Listening Post)

Meets each Thursday during term time at 12 noon in the Church Centre and provides an opportunity for social chat; especially helpful to those who live alone.  All welcome : just pop in.

Lunch Club

Meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 12.30 pm and welcomes retired people who would enjoy sharing a meal in company, especially those living on their own.
